2. Wait for us to reply to your e-mail
We will check your chosen Registration Name first. If the name was approved, we will send you a code. Put this code as extra information during the bank transfer so we can identify you.

4. Wait for us to reply again
We will now process your payment and send you your license soon. We will send the license to the e-mail address you used in the first step.

What if the registration fails?

First of all, registration has never failed so far. We have several methods to register an individual copy of the software to prevent failures!
If everything does fail, we will send you back the money. However, in several cases, taxes are applied and we can only refund the remaining money:
- If you used PayPal and the payment wasn't accepted yet, we decline the payment and you'll get it all back.
- If you used Bank Transfer (or your PayPal payment was already accepted) you'll get back your money MINUS the taxes (they change from country to country).

Unfortunately, we cannot do a refund once we've sent the License. If you're experiencing problems, you can always ask for help in this Forum or ask us to send the license again (at no extra cost ofcourse).
